MiiR Apparel, Hydration, and Bag Warranty & Return Policy
MiiR offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all apparel, hydration products, and backpacks/bags purchased from www.MiiR.com. Please note that normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stains, and other marks are not covered under the MiiR warranty. If you wish to return your purchased MiiR item that has no manufacturer defect, you may do so if the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition. We can issue you a refund or web-store credit for exchange.
All sales are final on heritage and sale items.
Bicycle Warranty & Return Policy
MiiR offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all bike frames and forks, and a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects on all other non-consumable parts purchased from www.MiiR.com (consumable parts include but are not limited to the following: tires, tubes, saddles, cables and housing, paint, handlebar tape or grips, etc.).
If you wish to return or exchange your bicycle purchased from www.MiiR.com that has no manufacturer defect, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition, and shipped back in the original packaging. If a returned item is received by MiiR and damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.
Liability: MiiR is not responsible for safely storing your bicycle, for maintaining your bicycle, or for making sure you ride your bicycle safely and follow local laws.
