Artwork Requirements
To ensure the highest quality decoration on your drinkware, we require vector artwork files (PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS format accepted). All text must be outlined, and colors should be clearly specified using Pantone (PMS) Coated values when available. If assistance is needed, please (contact us here) and our art team can assist with your file preparation.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ's)
Our standard MOQ for decorated drinkware varies by item and decoration method. Most products require a minimum of 24 pieces (or 1 case) per design.

Typical lead times for decorated drinkware are 10–15 business days after final art approval. Rush services may be available upon request and subject to schedule availability and added fees.
Sales Tax & Reseller Eligibility
Sales tax will be applied to all orders unless a valid resale certificate is provided at the time of purchase. If you're a reseller, please submit your certificate before you place any order to ensure proper tax exemption.
Returns & Refunds

To preserve the quality of your custom design, we recommend hand washing only using mild soap and avoiding abrasive sponges or high-heat environments (e.g., dishwashers and microwaves). While some items may be dishwasher-safe, decoration longevity is best ensured through gentle care.
