Care

Proper care and cleaning of your New Standard Moka Pot will ensure a long life and consistent flavor.

• After brewing, the Moka Pot will be hot! Allow to cool completely before cleaning.
• Pour any remaining coffee out of the upper body.
• Unscrew the upper body from the base and remove the funnel.
• Dispose of used grounds into your compost or trash bin by tapping the side of the funnel firmly on the edge of the bin.
• Remove the silicone gasket and perforated disc from the upper body.
• Gently wash all components with warm soapy water, and allow to dry separately before reassembling.
• If preferred, dry the upper body and base with a soft cloth or tea towel to avoid water spots.
• The upper body and base of the Moka Pot are dishwasher safe, but hand-washing will ensure the longevity of your product. The funnel and gasket should be hand-washed.

CAUTION: Use caution with hot liquids and keep out of reach of children. Choking hazard, may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years.

Shipping & Delivery

• Typical lead times for decorated drinkware are 10–15 business days after final art approval. Rush services may be available upon request and subject to schedule availability and added fees.
• We offer standard ground and expedited shipping options via UPS and FedEx.
• We can ship internationally. Work with us as we will need more information regarding International shipping before you place an order online.
• MiiR is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
• Once an order leaves our facility, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Returns, Refunds, or Reprints

• MiiR must be notified within 5 business days of delivery regarding any defects in the order.
• Customers must submit clear photographic evidence of the defects for review.
• MiiR may require the return of 100% of the defective order prior to initiating a reprint.
• If a return is required, MiiR will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.
• Approved reprints will follow the original production timeline and shipping method selected.
• If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 3 business days of approval.
• All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons other than confirmed defects.
